Technical Specifications
	The Electrical Sign Cabinet is U.L. Approved and has an emergency cut-off switch mounted on the side of the box. The control box is weathertight and houses a 24 hour timeclock to automatically turn the sign on and off at the desired times. The unit is electrically connected to an available power source by a 5/8" Exterior Grade Extension Cord. The base unit is a 2,000 pound structure made of steel tubing. The overall weight of the finished unit is approx. 2,400 pounds. The trailer base is secured to the ground with ground screws and ratchet straps. The facade can be manufactured to appear as brick, metal, or wood and is secured with screws to the aluminum cladding. Custom monument facades are available per your design requests. The cornice slabs are 1 3/16" thick solid PVC painted to look like concrete or limestone. These slabs are locked down with bolts. The sign cabinet is illuiminated by flourescent bulbs. The power requirement is 120 V, 6-8 Amps. The cabinet is fabricated out of aluminum. The sign faces are digitally printed on 12-20oz Coated Flexible Fabric. The sign is 32 Sq. Ft. per side and has a wind rating of 195 MPH. The unit is leveled with 4 screwjacks and can be mounted on uneven ground up to 7 degrees.
